Arrival and departure
Arrival is from 16:00 on Saturday. Departure is by 09:00 on Saturday. Earlier arrival or later departure is possible only by prior agreement.
Guests and registration
All guests must provide identification details required for statutory tourist registration. The maximum permitted occupancy is 10 guests, including children; advance written approval is required for any change.
Prices and payment
Rental prices are quoted in euros per villa per week. A 30% booking advance is due within three days; the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the advance.
Cancellation
The booking advance is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest. The original terms also provide for retention of additional rental payments already received. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
Tourist tax
Tourist tax is not included in the rental price and is payable separately in accordance with the published price list.
Refundable security deposit
A security deposit of €500 is collected separately. It is returned after departure if no damage or other justified charges apply. Damage beyond the deposit must be reimbursed.
Use of the property
Guests must treat the property responsibly and must not exceed the permitted occupancy. Any damage must be reported promptly.
Complaints
Please report defects or problems promptly to the host so that a remedy can be arranged.
Governing law
Croatian law applies; the original German terms name the competent court in Pula. The parties should seek an amicable settlement first.
